    If the sales team doesn't close the leads or new opportunities from marketing the dollars spent to try to realize revenue simply evaporate. So it's key to see the connected journey from marketing through sales to actually get it done. I'm sure if we could see the numbers behind the scenes of any company that there would be a staggering amount of loss in the marketing-to-sales handoff.     For the past 5 years or so we have been on a mission to accomplish two promises internally 1) stellar products (work) and 2) a world-class customer experience. It's much easier said than done but that has been the theme week in and week out. Constantly critiquing the work and strategies to make everything better for the customer and working at every touchpoint to deliver a best-in-class customer experience. Collectively we now have the best team we have ever had, not just a few A-players, everyone is excellent. We've worked with nearly 200 of the largest B2B companies on the planet and at some of the highest levels of their organization to help support challenges related to pre-sales, product marketing, sales enablement, training, and customer experience. and everything comes back to the singular mission of -- using aesthetics and communication to move people from point A to point B. That could be for an ad strategy to build awareness, content strategy for thought leadership, sales enablement work to make it easier for sales to close their new opportunities... In order to get the awareness and attention you need or that MQL or to help the sales team close deals or to train the team to do the right things at the right time -- all of it requires understanding the outcome you want, who the specific audience is and what the linear path is in order to attain that outcome combined with the message and communication in the form of content and strategy that will achieve that outcome.
