Homeownership is a pathway to creating wealth and a financial legacy!
关于我们
Richmond Neighborhood Housing Services Inc. (RNHS) has been in the Richmond, CA community for over 30 years. RNHS was created by concerned residents to support the needs of low income families as it related, primarily, to pathways to home ownership as well as education in the areas of financial literacy, access to affordable housing, rentals and advocacy. RNHS is the only organization of it's kind in the area focused on the purchase, maintenance and management of Single Family Homes ensuring residents have affordable housing options with a bridge to home ownership. RNHS is a HUD Certified Counseling Agency providing Pre-Purchase Counseling and Foreclosure Mitigation Counseling services. This will page will serve as an access point to stay connected to the goals and mission of the organization. It will also allow you to keep a pulse on current and relevant conversations regarding Affordable Housing. We are excited to share our highlights while advocating for collaborative partnerships to ensure those with a "silent" voice are heard. Join our mission to ensure that an individual's' integrity of living is no longer based on limited income. Thank you for taking the journey with us. This is a collective dynamic conversation! Nikki A. Beasley, Executive Director
