Richmond County Economic Development is governed by a seven-member Board of Commissioners & utilizes a non-profit REDC to recruit & expand business in Richmond County Located in the southern Piedmont of North Carolina, Richmond County offers businesses and residents easy access to the very best the state has to offer.
