The South Carolina Association of Counties (SCAC) held its Fall Institute of Government for County Officials, a training program that provides county representatives with the knowledge they need to be effective leaders, today in the University of South Carolina’s Pastides Alumni Center. The daylong event included a strategic planning panel discussion featuring remarks from County leadership, including Council Chair Jesica Mackey (District 9) and County Administrator Leonardo Brown.
