Our team at RLMG has been working on the media pieces for this project, and it is so joyful to see everything come together. Thank you to our wonderful partners for their hard work on this meaningful project.
Hurray! The new exhibits at The WaterShed are now open. It was heart warming to attend the official opening this past weekend, and to see the joyful reactions from the local community. This transformation was a collaborative effort involving the creative design talents of our team at R&P as well as Christine Lockett (interpretive planner), RLMG (media producer), Phase Shift (technology consultant), Gabriel Mackinnon (lighting design), and Dixon Studios (scenic design). Thank YOU! We are grateful for the contributions of external partners Unrivaled (exhibit fabricators), ESI (general contractor) and Byron Folwell’s architectural and engineering team. Most importantly, congratulations and thank you to the staff of The WaterShed and the City of Boise for your invaluable insights and contributions throughout the 2.5 year process. The City is a trailblazer in addressing climate change by committing to be Carbon Neutal by 2050 and for identifying education as a pillar of reaching that goal. Thank you for having the vision for this wonderful WaterShed Education Center and to empower future generations with knowledge to make impactful change. Congratulations!

Exhibit Spotlight ?? Designed for Discovery In our Discovery Zone exhibit, everything has been intentionally designed to help kids learn about things they're interested in at their speed. Your small researchers can explore science up close and investigate our natural world from right inside the exhibit. Discovery Zone This FREE exhibit includes educational materials as diverse as the natural world, allowing children and their caregivers to engage in science-oriented interactives and experience display cases with stunning collections, true-to-scale touchable objects and various activity stations. ??? Know before you go General admission to the Museum is FREE, although donations are gladly accepted. There is a cover charge for the Butterfly Rainforest.
