关于我们
The Master of Energy Economics is a 12‐month, full‐time professional master’s program designed to educate future leaders and strategic thinkers in the energy sector. Students develop skills to provide insightful analysis of energy markets in order to inform future market orientation, capital asset decisions and firm strategic direction. Built upon programs in the Economics Department and the Baker Institute’s Center for Energy Studies (CES), the Master of Energy Economics provides a new avenue for energy professionals to develop human capital relevant for business development and/or strategic planning roles.

"[Energy economics] is a relevant topic now. If you don’t have energy, you don’t have development, so I think that is important for our countries. I was really motivated by all the opportunities and benefits at Rice. Rice has really close relationships with industry, which isn’t normal. Students are encouraged to attend employment fairs. Since I arrived, it’s been a really close community." - Natalia Casta?o, first-year MEECON student #RiceMEECON #RiceSocSci #ShapingTheFuture #EnergyEconomics Rice University School of Social Sciences Baker Institute Center for Energy Studies (CES) Rice University https://lnkd.in/g_PrszS6
