Ribbit’s virtual coaching platform helps PK-12 schools create or scale coaching programs to ensure educators, from pre-service to retirement, get what they need to grow & stay in the profession. Ribbit’s virtual coaching model empowers every educator, no matter their role or where they work, to choose their own peer-to-peer coach to personalize their learning. Ribbit is radically transforming instructional coaching for PK-12 educators! By using technology to deliver and scale instructional coaching to each educator (regardless of experience, content area or performance rating) we can shift the negative paradigm associated with coaching to a positive one. From coaching is for "fixing new and/or struggling teachers" to coaching is an "essential part of the professional learning experience" throughout an educator's career. What’s with the name? When we say we’re committed to radically transforming educator support, we mean it. Few things symbolize radical transformation more than a tadpole developing into a frog-- hence the name Ribbit.
