Hi Everyone ?? , What an extraordinary week it has been! We've just concluded a truly remarkable celebration of ?? International Women's Day ?? , and we wanted to share a recap of the incredible events that unfolded. For an entire week, we dedicated ourselves to honoring the strength, resilience, and achievements of the women within our organization and beyond. ?? Day 1 & 2: We kicked off the celebrations with Engaging and Fun Activities, fostering camaraderie and laughter among our female workforce. ??Day 3: Our WE (Women's Empowerment) Meeting began with an exciting "Treasure Hunt" for both staff and permanent female employees, adding a playful and interactive element. Following this, we hosted an engaging session where we presented a small memento, along with a healthy snack of honey amla, as a token of our appreciation. ??Day 4: This was the highlight of our week – the grand Women's Day celebration and Penmai Awards! We were privileged to host esteemed guests: Chief Guest: Mr. Md. Abdul Kadar, Professor cum Writer Guest of Honor: Ms. Raghavi Senthilkumar, Director & Founder - The Headway Academy & Foundation Awardees/Guests: ?? Ms. Nadhini, Senior Customer Executive and Sign Language Specialist (Deaf) ??Ms. Nithya Priya, Interpreter and News Interpreter (Puthiyathalaimurai & News7tamil) ?? Ms. Jency, POSH Practitioner and Trainer ?? Ms. Ramya Kumari, Senior Advocate - High Court Chennai ?? Ms. Puvitha, Women HR Leader ?? Ms. Ananya Sajith, National Gold Medalist in Equestrian Sport The event commenced with the traditional lighting of the lamp by our Chief Guest and esteemed guests. We then proceeded with the Penmai Awards ceremony, where we honored our guests for their exceptional contributions: ?? Mr. Abdul Kadar – "The Pedagogues of Pen" Award ?? Ms. Raghavi Senthilkumar – "Lifetime Achiever" Award ?? Ms. Nithya – "Eminence Award" ?? Ms. Nandhini – "Prime Motivator" Award ?? Ms. Ramya Kumar – "Inspirer Award" ?? Ms. Puvitha - "Trend Setter" award ?? Ms. Ananya Sajith - "Valuable Gem Award" ?? Ms. Jency – "Winner of Hearts" Award Following the awards, we enjoyed a captivating Pattimandram debate on "The Pursuit of Happiness: Working Women vs. Women at Home," with Mr. Abdul Kadar serving as the esteemed judge. The verdict? Happiness resides with working women! We were also treated to a moving Mime show depicting Mother's love, and a special keyboard performance by our own Mr. Kabali Venkat dedicated to the women, a vibrant Dance show, and a stunning Fashion Parade showcasing women representing diverse states. Our GM HR, Ms. Deepa Varadhan concluded the event with a heartfelt vote of thanks. ?? Day 5: Women's Day: On the final day, International Women's Day itself, we welcomed every female staff member with a beautiful bouquet and a sweet treat of chocolate. Thank you to everyone who contributed to making this Women's Day celebration truly unforgettable.

we celebrated Pongal with immense enthusiasm and joy! The 2025 celebration was a vibrant affair, brimming with colorful Rangoli, delectable Pongal, engaging competitions, and captivating displays of traditional art and cultural dances. The festivities commenced with a warm welcome address by Ms.Aarthy R Following this, the audience was treated to a mesmerizing showcase of Tamil and traditional art, Silambam performance expertly curated and presented by our dedicated staff. The highlight of the event was undoubtedly the spirited Dance performances by our talented boys and girls. Adding to the festive cheer were exciting competitions like Sugarcane eating, Pongal eating, Murukku eating, and Uriyadi, which kept everyone entertained. The event concluded with a heartfelt vote of thanks by General Manager - HR Ms.Deepa Varadhan. It was a truly memorable day filled with laughter, joy, and a strong sense of Camaraderie!!!
