We may be building out a new asset class, but Rhyze hasn’t dropped its focus on CRE; far from it! We’ve always sought out overlooked strengths in the market, even when the big picture wasn’t encouraging, but we’ve also noticed an increasing trend of positive predictions for the coming year. From a summary of PwC and the Urban Land Institute’s *2025 Emerging Trends in Real Estate*: “In this year’s survey of commercial real estate professionals, lenders and investors, 65% of respondents indicated they?expect their firm’s profits to be “good” or “excellent” in 2025, a substantial increase from 41% who expressed that sentiment during last year’s survey.” “[…] 80% of survey respondents said they expect lower commercial mortgage rates in 2025, which should help revive financing and investment sales activity.” We’ll always be on the lookout for the best deals out there for our partners, so keep watching this space (and rhyze.com!) for opportunities as we find them! https://lnkd.in/e9V8HBX7
