Dragana Antic is the backbone of Rhythm’s Belgrade office, seamlessly managing accounting, office administration, and HR coordination while working closely with the rest of the Finance Team in the U.S. She expertly oversees the Serbian entity’s financial operations, ensuring accuracy in reporting, reconciliations, payroll, and tax compliance. Beyond her accounting expertise, she keeps office operations running smoothly and provides essential HR support, from onboarding to employee administration. Dragana’s ability to juggle multiple responsibilities with professionalism and dedication makes her an invaluable asset to our organization. What an unforgettable week at the 2025 Rhythm Stampede! ?? We had the incredible opportunity to host our 2025 All Hands at Rhythm Headquarters in Houston TX with 43% of our team working remotely, getting everyone together in person is rare—but when we do, the magic truly happens. ? What does a Rhythm all hands look like? Cross Department Networking: Teams came together to tackle lingering pain-points in a Hackathon ?? Sustainable Community Impact: We partnered with Livelihood and A Tale of Two Bridges to plant 100 trees in the Greater Heights Houston Area ?? Celebrated Achievements: In true Texas fashion, we saddled on up and spent the night at the Houston Rodeo ???? and capped the week off with a few rounds of bowling— at pinstripes ?? It’s weeks like this that remind us why in-person connections are so valuable, especially with a global team.
