In addition to reporting all decisions issued by the Rhode Island Supreme Court and the 1st U.S. Circuit Court of Appeals, Lawyers Weekly covers hundreds of rulings from state and federal trial courts in Rhode Island, including the Superior Court and the Workers’ Compensation Court. Decisions from state agencies, including the Human Rights Commission and the Ethics Commission, are also included.
