Great work Robert Keeny and team on getting this collector back up and running in a timely manner. ???? ?? Fun fact: We originally installed this dust collector in 1998. Approximately 10 years later, the customer’s productively increased and they were in need of a larger collector. With the help of a trusted engineering partner, we were able to upgrade the original fan and add 4’ of additional height to allow for taller bags, and ultimately increasing the volume this collector can handle, saving the customer tens of thousands of dollars. The salt air has wreaked havoc on this unit’s original powder coat finish over the years, but with some cosmetic touch-ups it will look as good as it operates! These stairs were designed and fabricated internally to replace a worn out set of wood stairs to their storage room. In and Out with no disruption to the brewery’s daily operation. We recently completed another drum change-out during a holiday week shutdown at one of our favorite international coffee roasters. ???? Even with the OEM rep requesting an additional 48-hours of unforeseen repairs to be made inside the roaster once the old drum was removed, our crews still completed the project on time. ????
