Matthew has 17+ years experience in commercial construction. He started his career at W.G. Yates and Sons Construction based in their Biloxi, MS office as an Estimator. He advanced in his career to a Senior Estimator, leading pre-construction efforts on multiple projects worth approximately $1 billion dollars. His most recent position was Vice President of Construction for an SDVOSB that worked mainly in the healthcare industry. Robert has 15+ years experience in commercial construction. He started his career working with a Framing and Drywall subcontractor on projects throughout the Southeast US. He then went to work for Brasfield and Gorrie, General Contractors as an Assistant Superintendent and Superintendent. Robert has worked on multiple medical facilities in locations across the US like Los Angles, CA, Phoenix, AZ, Memphis, TN and Mobile, AL. Robert's most recent position was Project Manager where he managed multiple projects at once for both the Veteran's Affairs Administration and the General Services Administration. Together Matthew and Robert have over 32+ years experience in the construction industry in both the public and private sector.

We had a productive week last week on our The Belle Apartments at The Lamar project in Oxford. We placed our basement slab on our Building B. Continued backfilling the upper slab on grade pads so we can start our underground rough-in and digging our footings. Back in 2017, we had the opportunity to build a new office for our friends at PTAC Companies, taking on everything from demolition to new exterior siding, doors, windows, and complete interior upgrades. Now, 7 years later, we've come full circle—officially moving into that very building as part of PTAC Companies. It's incredible to see how far we've all come and to be part of this journey together! We are excited to announce that we have broken ground on our newest project in Oxford, MS, The Belle at The Lamar! The multi-family project consist of 98 total apartment units in 1, 2 and 3 bedroom configurations.
