The Washington County Center for Addictions Triage and Treatment (CATT) site in Beaverton is well underway. The project includes a renovation of an existing 24,000 s.f. structure as well as the ground-up construction of a 14,000 s.f. building connected via a ground-level breezeway and outdoor courtyard. The renovated facility will house withdrawal management services and sobering services while the new building houses two residential treatment programs with group therapy rooms and a fitness center. Both buildings share a key feature for wellbeing: access to nature with two courtyards providing biophilic spaces for program participants. Entering Panic, Inc.'s new headquarters feels like stepping into a moment between time and space, designed for innovative and creative minds. This software company, known for its work in video game publishing and app development, has a new office that reflects its fun and unique personality. Located in downtown Portland's 11W Building, the office evokes feelings of future nostalgia with the use of mirrored ceilings, space-inspired details and a suspended acoustic ceiling feature. Carpeted stadium seating, a mix of phone and conference rooms, and a playful fast food-inspired kitchen provide employees with a variety of spaces to work and play. The award recognizes R&H's Environmental, Health and Safety program's commitment to meet strict safety guidelines that have resulted in safer and more productive projects. In recent years, R&H has focused on building a program around the three "C's" of construction safety: enhancing Culture, ensuring Compliance and establishing a level of Consistency. Congratulations to Housing Works, Pinnacle Architecture and the entire Spencer Court project team who celebrated the successful opening of Phase 1 of the affordable housing development in Redmond. Residents have now moved into Buildings 1, 2, and 3, with Buildings 4 and 5 scheduled for turnover by the end of the year. With a total of 60 units, Spencer Court is part of an effort to expand affordable housing in the Central Oregon region. Cheers! ??

Energy efficiency is key to making a large mixed-use development like Splash sustainable. As the project nears completion, its 219 residential units—spread across a building made up of two eight-story towers connected via skybridge and a two-level parking structure—will benefit from an innovative water heating system.
