Earlier this year, R&H completed construction of the Caldera Springs Forest House recreation center which vastly expanded the amenities available to the Caldera Springs community - but the fun doesn’t stop there! Adjacent to Forest House is the new Forest Park, an outdoor space that provides space to stay active and enjoy the surroundings. The R&H-built park includes six pickleball courts, a playground, a combination of soft and hard trails, an expansive dog run and a sledding hill. From playgrounds and vibrant art murals to thoughtfully-designed childcare facilities, our team brings a wealth of experience to crafting spaces that inspire both educators and their little ones.

Welcome to the refreshed Embold Credit Union in Oregon City. R&H's recent renovation resulted in upgrades across the board, from modernized offices and a guest lounge to an improved drive-up banking station. The interior features vinyl wall art, LED accent lighting and a sleek wood slat ATM wall. With bold greens and wood tones throughout, R&H collaboration with MDG Architecture | Interiors brings a modern yet cozy feel to this Embold Credit Union location.

Summer may be winding down, but we went out with a bang at Endless Summer Nights! Our team had a fun-filled afternoon at Heart of Oregon Corps' annual fundraiser, where CyclePub races, bingo and a stellar silent auction received high praise once again this year. Our summer interns are off to school! Each year before they go, R&H’s internship committee finds new ways for our interns to unpack and share their experiences. This year, our Project Engineer interns shared their experience with the R&H team in a series of lunch time presentations. Miles, Jake, Erik and Bennett shared stories, lessons learned and skills developed in addition to highlighting technical expertise gained while they worked on their projects. As the summer comes to a close, we thank all of our interns and their mentorship teams for all their hard work this summer!

It won’t be long before Central Oregon’s first Permanent Supportive Housing project opens its doors to the community. R&H crews are nearing completion on the project, known as Cleveland Commons. The building’s interior is quickly coming together with sheetrock and finish installation in full swing. With siding and paint complete, the exterior of the building is looking sharp. Crews are now shifting their focus to getting site work done while the weather is still cooperating. We look forward to seeing the impact this important development will make in our community!
