One of our Lancaster Design Teams had the opportunity to walk a few blocks down Prince Street to the 118 N. Prince St. project site to check on progress! Historic facades of the former building are stabilized, site work is underway, and foundation work is getting started on yet another multi-family redevelopment project in downtown Lancaster. RGS Associates is proud to be working with 118 Prince LLC, Alexander Design Studio, and Wohlsen Construction to bring 72 residential living units and 3,000 square feet of first floor commercial retail space to our vibrant City.

After four decades of dedicated service, we’re celebrating the accomplished career of RGS principal Lisa Thomas, RLA, AICP, as she embarks on her well-deserved retirement. From her early days at Penn State to her leadership roles at Glackin Thomas Panzak and RGS Associates, Lisa has been a force in landscape architecture and land planning in Southeastern Pennsylvania. Her ability to build lasting relationships and tackle complex challenges has left an indelible mark on our industry.
