Crush it for Charity
In the fall of 2021, RFG kicked off their first month-long fundraising event “Crush it for Charity”. Born out of RFG’s insatiable desire to create lasting value for our communities, Crush It For Charity was designed to be a fitness challenge for the RFG Team that can be completed anywhere and anytime during the month of October. Last fall the event benefited the Boys and Girls Clubs of America. With an initial goal of $15,000, we surpassed it by $13,000.

The intersection of talent and opportunity is here at RFG. Our team is made up of individuals from a diverse background of experience. That is why we are a high-performing team. To make the most of this talent, we need to work together for the greater goal. That means putting each other first so we can effectively serve our Advisors. Our leadership team starts each day with a huddle and every Friday, our corporate team has an all-hands huddle. This fosters our cross-functional team knowledge.
