Rivian Spaces made its debut last summer in Nashville’s The Gulch neighborhood, bringing electric adventure to the Music City community! ? The team reimagined the existing property by modifying the structure to create expansive showrooms and open up the previously enclosed lower level to an inviting two-story space! New entrances and thoughtfully designed site elements were added to enhance flow and complement The Gulch’s walkability. The design includes many other renovated areas, employee offices, and a spacious garage equipped with charging stations. ? A collaborative effort by the entire team! To accommodate the university's growing enrollment, a new residence hall at the University of Rio Grande and Rio Grande Community College was designed in collaboration with University Housing Solutions. ? Strategically located on a prominent corner of campus, this 60,000 sq. ft. building features a stepped design to complement the sloped site, with a 3-story upper wing and a 4-story lower wing. With 54 modern apartments offering 3- and 4- bedroom configurations, students will enjoy top-tier amenities and seamless campus connections. The U-shaped layout creates an inviting entry courtyard and optimizes site density while maintaining high quality standards. ?
