Despite our clinical outcomes performing above the 90th percentile in every key measure, patient experience is a crucial part of provider performance. Every Rezilient member gets the chance to give NPS feedback after every visit. Our current NPS score is 95/100. The average NPS for primary care is 30. Our 2024 Clinical Outcomes Report demonstrates our value-based clinical outcomes by benchmarking them against national standards for in-person care. On all key national measures, Rezilient's hybrid model performed better than the 90th percentile for in-person primary care. The fact that none of our patients have seen a doctor in person, and that our remote providers are performing better than 90th percentile of in-person providers is an incredible achievement. How Rezilient's hybrid model outperforms traditional primary care: When we first evaluated our hybrid care model where all care interactions are remote, whether they were via telehealth or in person at the CloudClinics, our first goal was to maintain high quality care without the doctor in the room. As we built out the model, it became very clear that not only can we do it, that in many ways is significantly better.
