Feeling anxious or overwhelmed? You’re not alone and you don’t have to stay stuck in that feeling. When life feels heavy, one of the simplest ways to find relief is by reconnecting with your breath. Take a moment to pause. Gently place your hand on your heart if it feels comforting and try this grounding practice: ??? Inhale slowly through your nose for 4 counts. ?? Hold the breath gently for 4 counts. ?? Exhale through your mouth for 4 counts. Repeat as many times as you need, letting each breath anchor you to the present moment. Breathwork doesn’t erase the stress, but it helps soften its grip. It reminds your nervous system that you are safe, and it gives your mind the space to settle. You don’t have to face the overwhelm alone and you don’t have to fix everything all at once. Just start with one breath… and then the next.
