    This was a fun coversation. Went deep with my buddies ?? Harris Kenny and Brendan Tolleson on the recent moves LinkedIn has been making with companies that are pushing the boundaries of what's allowed on the platform (ie scraping and automation). It's a really interesting topic, and think we covered a range of views. Curious what you all think about this? Was it fair to only ban Apollo and Seamless? Should they be doing more/less?     In 2014, while traveling through Vietnam or Ireland, I read Blue Like Jazz by Donald Miller. One line stuck with me: “Fear is a manipulative emotion that can trick us into living a boring life.” That quote still resonates today — in both life and business. In life, fear holds us back from meaningful experiences. In business, it shows up when we avoid change — delaying automation, resisting new processes, or sticking to what’s comfortable. I’ve learned that reducing friction through clear processes, transparency, and automation creates freedom — freedom for teams to focus on what matters most. I’m excited to hear Donald Miller speak at Southbound this year (?? southbound.show). His insights on overcoming fear and embracing growth continue to inspire me.
