Take the mesmerizing rhythm of the natural world -- but make it B2B. (Yes, David Attenborough now works for us. Comment below to have him fix your HubSpot workflows). Peter Roberts and Rob Jones knocked this one out of the park. Or, should we say, jungle. ?? ??

Ever wanted to hear David Attenborough narrate the B2B buying process? Shoutout to Peter Roberts -- this is a masterclass of script and analogy. (Give him and RevPartners a follow if you laughed OR if your stresses suddenly melted away after this video ended).
RevOps isn’t just something we do at RevPartners. It’s who we are. ?We believe in the power of a rising tide lifting all ships. ? That’s why we see ourselves as part of a larger community dedicated to supporting HubSpot users, each of us bringing our own unique specialties to the table. Here’s what sets us apart: RevOps isn’t one of many services we offer. It’s the foundation of everything we do. When HubSpot first launched, it was a marketing tool, and many providers built their services around that. As #RevOps became a buzzword, it was added on as an afterthought. At RevPartners, it’s different. From day one, we structured our entire business around RevOps. Yes, we also do marketing - but we do it with a RevOps mindset. This focus allows us to provide something rare: a fully integrated approach that helps businesses align their entire revenue engine. RevOps isn’t an add-on for us. It’s the core. And that’s why our partners trust us to help them grow.

Saw a post this morning about confusing job titles in our ecosystem. h/t Kevin van Beers Got me thinking about this weird pressure we all feel to be "experts." To have the perfect title. To always know the answer. But what if that pressure is actually making it harder for us to help each other? To learn? To build real connections? Maybe we've accidentally created a system where appearing smart matters more than being helpful. I keep having private conversations about this. Seems like everyone feels it, but we rarely talk about it openly. Want to explore this together? No agenda. No answers. Just real talk about something that affects all of us. Join me and Rob Jones today for a frank discussion. Bring your thoughts. Bring your questions. Bring your experiences. Let's see what we discover. Let's Build! #LetsBuildMedia

Thanks to Otilia Otlacan for inspiring me to think more about where revenue might be hiding! When thinking about “finding” hidden revenue, it's all about the data. To find hidden data - it’s important to think about your secondary KPIs. But to do that, you must know your primary KPIs. At RevPartners, we’ve found that almost all businesses we work with have the same starting point for primary KPIs:? - Leads Generated - MQLs Generated - SQLs Generated - Opportunities Created - Customers won From there, you can dive into the next layer (secondary KPIs) by asking the big W -> “WHY?” - Why did we generate less leads this quarter than last? - Let’s look at things like contact source data and which pages are converting more contacts - Why is my team creating less Opportunities this quarter? - Dig into deal source data and GTM motion - Why did I miss my Sales goal? - Look at performance by rep and by product, and analyze closed lost reasons The secret to unlocking actionable insights and “hidden” revenue, is simply asking “why,” and then looking at the data to find the answers!
