The Meeting Index Page allows users to access all meetings in HubSpot from a single location. This includes:
? Meetings booked through scheduling pages
? Meetings scheduled through the CRM
? Meetings synced via an external calendar
Additionally, support for properties means you can customize your reporting with meeting-specific data fields.

?? Centralized Meeting Management → Access and manage all meetings from a single HubSpot page.
?? Custom Properties → Track key meeting data with custom fields.
?? Flexible Reporting → Filter, sort, and analyze meetings with properties that matter to you.

?? Navigate to the Meeting Index Page
? Go to CRM > Contacts (or any other index page).
? Click the drop-down list on the top left and select Meetings.
? Your page now displays all meetings in your HubSpot portal.
?? Filter & Customize the Page
? Use filters and edit columns to tailor the page to your workflow.
? Some meeting data can be edited directly, such as meeting outcomes.
? HubSpot plans to expand editing capabilities based on user feedback.
?? Adding Custom Meeting Properties
1?? Click Edit Columns at the top right.
2?? Scroll to the bottom and select Create a Property.
3?? Define the object type as "Meeting."
4?? Select a group, add a label, and choose a field type (e.g., text, date picker).
5?? The property will appear in Settings > Data Management > Properties > Meetings.
?? Currently, the best way to update these properties is manually on the Meetings Index Page. Future updates will include more automation options for assigning properties during meeting booking.
