Further, introducing additional risk to the organization and little rewards. 5. Security for security’s sake or compliance without clear outcomes. In a down economy, without selling the value to leadership, it’s often the first team cut. My experience shows again and again that #CISOs are having the wrong conversations about #cybersecurity. In fact, they’re struggling to communicate value at many levels. As the only firm who has integrated communication and culture into the foundation of a more resilient security program, it’s time we focus on building modern security programs and supporting transformation Security and Technology Leaders who seek a partner to support them when communications counts most.
