Early September, REVOL USA had the chance of attending the Ma?tres Cuisiniers de France annual congress at the The Ritz-Carlton, Washington, D.C. We would like to thank all the members of the USA-Canada delegation for their warm welcome and the perfect organization throughout these three days. We were honored to showcase our new collection for buffet and for the table in front of all these renowned Chefs. Congratulations to all the new members that were inthronized and to the Chefs who received an award. A Special thanks to the French Ambassador, his Excellency Laurent Bili, for hosting us at his?Residence during the opening evening of honoring French art de vivre, gastronomy, and know-how. One of the greatest reward in our profession is surely to discover how Chefs sublimate the REVOL Porcelaine items made in our Dr?me factory for over 250 years. How they imagine their menu around our collections, if they prefer the white or the black porcelaine, a shiny or a matt glaze, a round plate or a square one... The REVOL USA team had the immense privilege of visiting CEDRIC GROLET's bakery and cafe in #Paris to taste a breakfast that was as good as it was beautiful. Our YLI collection was admirably showcased! Yli is a collection that combines craftsmanship and tableware. Designer Ferreol Babin, who is both a sculptor and an artist, invites us, through Yli, to question food and the way it is served, thanks to inspiring and singular supports. The strength of the Yli collection lies in its craftsmanship, which REVOL Porcelaine has perfectly mastered and reproduced in an industrial setting.
