Last month, Revista held its subscriber webinar for 3Q24. For a limited time, an abridged version of the slide deck will be available as a free resource at the following link: https://lnkd.in/egdYTmpG The data for 3Q showed a rise in occupancy for the top 125 largest metros, with greater overall growth in the group of metros ranked 51-125. Rents continued to grow, but same-store growth was at a slower pace than seen in the past couple of years. Transaction activity remained on par with recent levels, but cap rates compressed and confirmed the change in direction that started in the second quarter of this year.
