Selling to big companies is tough. Long sales cycles, tough gatekeepers, and complex decision-making processes are just a few of the challenges. So how do you succeed? 1. Do your research: You won't get far if you don't know who you're targeting. Find out everything you can about your prospect and their business. 2. Build trust: Large companies don't buy from just anyone. They buy from people they trust. So build relationships with key decision-makers. 3. Listen to their needs: Understand their biggest pain points and how you can help. Listen more than you talk. 4. Be persistent: Large companies are busy. You need to be persistent without being annoying. 5. Add value: What can you offer that others can't? Highlight your unique selling proposition. Selling to big companies is hard work, but it can be incredibly rewarding. Use these tips to help you get there.

"Once upon a time..." These 4 words, when used correctly, can open doors that weren't there before. In sales, we often focus too much on data, charts, and features. And while these are important, they don't always sell our products. Stories, however, have the power to: - Create an emotional connection - Show empathy - Build trust - Help people remember you So instead of bombarding your prospect with data, try telling them a story. For example: "Once upon a time, we had a client who was struggling with X, but after implementing our solution, they saw __(insert result)__." Share a story that relates to your prospect's pain points and shows how your solution helped someone just like them. People remember stories more than they remember data. So, next time you're selling, remember that a good story can make all the difference.

Why do people enter the business world? - To make a difference - To make money - To make a living But what if the difference you want to make requires big money? What if the money you want to make requires you to land big deals? What if the living you want to make requires you to think big? Selling to big companies is a different world. It requires: 1) Patience 2) Persistence 3) Persuasion You need to be patient when negotiating timelines and getting the right stakeholders involved. You need to be persistent with your outreach, following up even when it feels like no one is listening. You need to be persuasive, not just in your pitch, but in the way you approach the entire sales process. The secret to unlocking big deals is to think like a big company. Think big, act bigger, and never give up.

The biggest sales mistake we see companies make? They don't understand the difference between a feature and a benefit. Features = What the product does Benefits = How it helps the customer Selling features will not work. Selling benefits will. Why? People buy products that solve their problems or make their lives better. Explain to them how your product does that. Here's an example: Feature: Our software has a user-friendly interface. Benefit: Our software is easy to use so you can save time and focus on growing your business. See the difference? Now, go back and look at your sales pitch. Are you selling features or benefits? Make the switch and watch your sales soar.
