Be the Wall. It's interesting and sometimes eerie how parenting and managing have SO MANY similarities. Being consist, having a system, working our system and staying steady are great traits for both parenting and leading. In this case, we're talking about leading ourselves and our teams. How strong is your system? How well executed? How consistent are you? Great questions to ask ourselves during our Reflection Time.

Looking to get the most out of your business coaching sessions? We would be too – so here’s a little tip to really get down to the nitty gritty with your coach! Make a checklist to prepare for each session, and take notes. Some questions you can ask yourself: -How do I feel after the previous session? -How am I feeling now? -Have I accomplished my goals from the last session? -If I didn’t, what stopped me? -What do I want to include in my next session? A business coach will show you the path to enlightenment, but as with anything worthwhile, you’re going to have to walk down that path one step at a time, on your own two feet!
