    Every Monday Dale and I have a structured 1:1. We go over: ? Finances ? Content ? Existing client work ? New partners who want to work with RR ? Pipeline ? and more.... I'm convinced this single ritual is a huge part of why Revenue Reimagined has scaled so much faster than we've anticipated (more on that in an end-of-year post). The one thing we constantly would struggle with though was our CRM. From a hygiene (that's on us) standpoint, an ease of use standpoint, and most importantly getting data in from LInkedIn easily. Why? Because damn near every CRM I've used has been inefficient, only did part of what I needed it to do, and wasn't been designed the way I an an end user would want it to be. For every deal there are a million things to input, tasks to execute, emails to send, etc... All things I call busy work versus revenue producing activities. Enter folk. folk lets me focus on revenue producing activities by taking things off my plate that used to bog me down such as: ?? Importing data ?? Auto detecting duplicates (so important b/c of our Calendly and ConvertKit integrations) ?? Suggesting groups based on real context it picks up ?? Keeping all my data and HISTORY in ONE place which is important given our typical sales cycles and add on projects ?? ???????????? ???????????? ???????? ???????????????? (?????????????????? ?????????? ????'?? ?????? ???????????? ?????? ???????????? ???? ???????????????? ???????????? ?????? ??????????????/????????????????????. ?? Auto enrichment for the data that's missing - key b/c I'm not dropping $ on a a typical data company Highly recommend checking them out at folk dot app
