I’ve wanted to start a podcast for years—and I finally did it. Growth Activated just hit 10 episodes! And while that may not seem like a huge milestone, check out these wild podcasting stats: ??? Out of 4.4 million podcasts: - 47% have less than 3 episodes - Only 16% (720K) make it to 10+ episodes - Only 3.5% (~156K) release weekly episodes So yeah… I’m celebrating this one! ?? Here’s what I’ve learned from launching and running a podcast while balancing everything else: ?? Imposter syndrome is real—but putting myself out there gets easier. It’s a muscle that builds with every episode. ? Podcasts take SO much time! Prep, recording, editing, promotion—it’s a grind, and I have a whole new level of respect for podcasters. ?? Consistency is the game-changer. Momentum doesn’t happen overnight—it happens when you show up, week after week. ?? Prioritization is everything. There are endless ways to grow a podcast (and business!), but I have to stay laser-focused on what will drive both short-term traction and long-term impact.
