We're looking for a new VC Associate and an Executive Assistant to join our amazing team at Revenge Capital, for the New York City office (not London) ?? Ideally, the Associate candidate has previous experience in venture or finance, and doesn't really want to specialize in one sector -- honestly, we just have too much ADD for us to drill down on one thing (but we love our partners and advisors who do)! We have strong ties to consumer, tech, sports, music, entertainment, fashion, beauty and lifestyle and lots of real estate. We like learning about lots of cool shit. Look at our website; the US might be over multiculturalism and mixed gender teams, we're not. We are fully inclusive: so men, women -- of all nationalities and orientations -- and everyone in between we seriously consider because 1) it feels like the right thing to do in our hearts 2) it is the right thing to do -- monocultures don't thrive as well as polycultures and 3) the data says we will all be more successful with lots of different voices (and deal flow from various networks) who actually get a chance to speak their mind around our fabulous welcoming table. We believe in investing into founders that traditionally don't get access "to the money" as well as the ones that do. We believe some of the best innovation happens at the margins, because people or sectors are under pressure. We believe everyone deserves a fair shot at making their dreams come true. We are seriously concerned how little money, women in particular, nail down when it comes to VC. For the EA position, I need a hungry rockstar type. Nell Daly can teach you the rest.
