I've spent my career leading tech teams through major transformations and here's what I know: Success with GenAI isn't about having the perfect tools or the biggest budget. It's about approaching it as a process change, not just a tech implementation. Three key principles I've seen work consistently: - Start small: Focus on low-risk, high-annoyance tasks. When you make someone's dreaded weekly status report 10x easier, you've got an advocate for life. - Find your champions: In every org, there are natural innovators eager to lead. Empower them. They'll do more for adoption than any top-down mandate. - Prove value quickly: Skip the massive transformation plans. Instead, show concrete wins in days or weeks, not months.
