REVEL FIT CLUB

REVEL FIT CLUB is a group exercise studio. We offer 50 minute classes on the hour. Each class consists of equal parts: high intensity interval training and strength. We work the cardio portion on a state of the art TechnoGym treadmill, and strength a versatile FitBench. If a client prefer to double up on the floor, and does not want to perform the cardio aspect that day, there is a double bench option. We work different muscle groups each day to allow your body to recover from yesterdays workout, and set you up for success for tomorrows. We change the schedule and muscle pairings every 12 weeks so that you are never plateauing. There are TVs on the wall to help clients with posture and form. We utilize dumbbells, TRX, kettlebells, resistance bands, medicine balls and mini bands. We offer luxury amenities, towel service, showers and a smoothie bar.
