When a client flies halfway around the world to visit, you know it will be a memorable week. ? This week, we had the pleasure of hosting Damon Derrick the Director of Customer Success at Lightbend, Inc., at our office in Kosovo. Damon didn’t just come for a typical office visit—he dove into training sessions with our Lightbend team, bringing energy and expertise that made every session count. From brainstorming with our newly promoted Bleona Uka (already rocking it as a Customer Success Manager) to evening dinners and friendly games of bowling, we mixed work with fun.
