Without an investment in ???????????????? ?????? ??????????????????????, no country is moving forward. ?????????????????????????????? to our Head of Research and Development- Dr. Emmanuel Aremu on his Award and Recognition by the #GermanGovernment for delivering a paper at the International Conference on Circular Economy, Renewable Energy and Green Hydrogen. Dr Aremu is leading our research on enhancing solar PV materials for better efficiency and advancing photovoltaic cell technology to improve integrating floating solar PV with hydropower to produce hydrogen. Kudos!

Two things could happen to #Africa 20 years from now:?Either we remain dependent on imported energy technologies or rise as a global leader in renewable energy #innovation. Which future will we choose? I am delighted to share my latest authored piece on a topic close to my heart: Africa's potential not only as a consumer of clean #tech products, but as builders of the technology itself. My concern is centered on whether Africa will continue as an importer of renewable energy technologies or take bold steps toward becoming a global leader in their production. What encourages or hinders this? With Africa's youthful population holding massive potential, it's important that we harness this strength to avoid it turning into a challenge. This subject is particularly significant to me as we are training and producing young people through the Renewable Energy Technology Training Institute (RETTI) and Africa Fellowship for Young Energy Leaders (AFYEL) programs to innovate and deploy renewable energy technologies across the continent. This idea has been on my mind for a while, and after much thought, I launched an audio series on it —I'm excited to finally put my thoughts to paper with this first blog.
