If I could share one lesson with founders in their first few months of launching tech (hi, I launched RetreatVi to the App Store & Google Play in September!), it would be this: Do not try to do everything at once.?I know it feels like you have no other choice, but quieting the noise is one of the best things you can do. From September to January, I spread my focus basically all hours of the day across business development, sales, product management, community building, monetization, brand management, website development, events, social media growth, my own personal brand building - you name it, I was on it. As a bootstrapped solo founder, that was a fast track to experiencing the familiar pang of burn out and anxiety. My North Star for 2025? Brand awareness & app downloads.?Without a strong top of funnel, everything else struggles. I’ve laid the foundations for the other pillars and it is not to say nothing moves forward on those fronts, but now it’s time to realign and double down on what matters most at this stage of our journey... which admittedly, is simply more people knowing that RetreatVi exists!
