RetraceHealth was a primary care startup that pioneered the model of truly accessible care through a combination of video and in-home visits. RetraceHealth offered full-service primary care (from wellness to physicals to chronic disease management) wherever was most convenient for the patient while placing particular emphasis on patient-provider relationships. Over its 3 years of patient-focused care, RetraceHealth treated thousands of patients with unanimously positive outcomes (100% patient satisfaction and 90.1 NPS). Throughout, RetraceHealth launched innovative programs consistently working to fit all care more seamlessly into the lives of its patients. RetraceHealth ceased operations on April 28th, 2017.
