We congratulate Sean for representing one of our core values: Learning Never Stops. Sean relocated to Western Washington in 2017 and joined the RET team. He is fluent in Spanish and effectively communicates with our Hispanic population in the Skagit Valley. He was able to utilize these skills on a recent service trip to Nicaragua where he collaborated with physicians at the Center for Physical Health and provided services to local schools, nursing homes, and local clinics. We are happy to have his expertise to help serve the Skagit Valley at our Mt. Vernon office. When he is not treating patients, he may be out on the trails hiking, biking, or practicing yoga. Sean started physical therapy residency through Evidence In Motion (EIM). EIM residency is a structured program of post-professional clinical and didactic education that is designed to significantly advance the therapist’s skills of patient care services in a defined area of clinical practice. Sean is specializing in orthopedics since most of the patients he treats have musculoskeletal conditions. Sean will learn to provide the most advanced, evidence-based treatments possible to his patients. He is excited to develop his clinical reasoning processes necessary to prevent, treat, and rehabilitate injuries for all the patients he treats. Sean, your RET Mt. We are delighted to announce our new physical therapist and clinic director at RET Bellevue Crossroads clinic, Stephanie Lambert. Stephanie completed her Doctor of Physical Therapy degree from the Mayo Clinic of Health Sciences and her Bachelor of Science in General Science from Oregon State University. She is an Oregon native who recently moved to Washington. Stephanie's treatment style combines a holistic approach through individualized care. She focuses on helping her patients reach their goals through functional movement patterns, manual therapy, and thorough education. Stephanie has worked in a variety of settings, allowing her to treat everything from patients experiencing chronic pain to patients hoping to return to a professional athletic career. In her spare time, Stephanie enjoys skiing, playing tennis (though pickleball may have won over her heart recently), and spending time with her husband, young daughter, and pets. Welcome Stephanie! Ryan graduated from massage school in 2015. He offers a massage that adapts to every person’s needs. Having many injuries growing up as well as 15 years in industrial fabrication, Ryan has a unique understanding of the body, offering a personalized massage that incorporates how the body operates and its mechanical abilities and limitations. Cesar earned his Doctor of Physical Therapy degree from the University of South Carolina and received his undergraduate?degree from Towson University in Baltimore County, MD.? ? Cesar grew up in Rockville, MD located just outside of the nation’s capital. He found his way up to the PNW through travel physical therapy and has enjoyed what Washington state has?to offer. As a physical therapist, his priority is to empower patients to become the best versions of themselves through strengthening both the mind and body.
