Employee appreciation cultivates more than loyalty. It breeds more than productivity. I am not talking about rewards and flattery. I mean deep down appreciation, making you FEEL valued and never question what your worth is to an organization. This type of expressed sentiment is a craft to relay and often times, hardly given. A simple note with hand written words from a C-suite level. The thought of time taken from this level of business, distributed down the line. Calculated words. The COST of a beautiful card and a postal stamp. The VALUE is intangible. There is not a moment in these past 3 years that I have ever had to question my value to my company. I am forever grateful for the opportunity given to me. May I never take it for granted ??
