Our first-ever Nashville Community Cocktail Hour was a success! ???? We teamed up with Polsinelli to bring together an inspiring community of local business leaders across nonprofits, real estate, legal, construction, banking, health care, and the public sector for an evening of networking, collaboration, and meaningful connections. It was rewarding to see so many of the professionals we’ve had the privilege of getting to know over the years come together, share ideas, and discuss future partnerships to continue building a more resilient Nashville community. A big thank you to everyone who joined us and of course to our partners at The Nashville Food Project for hosting us in their awesome space! Located in East Nashville just 4.5 miles north of downtown, the initial master plan for the Broadmoor project includes workforce housing, active adult multi-family units, commercial and retail space, an early childhood education center, an expansive community park, and dedicated greenway throughout the property. Expected to break ground in mid-2025, our team is currently working towards site plan finalization and permitting.? ? “The Broadmoor project was purposefully designed alongside our local partners to address the needs of East Nashville, which is experiencing a tremendous amount of pressure from community growth. We look forward to expanding our presence in the area and delivering this resource to the neighborhood,” says Michael Walden, President and Co-Managing Partner of Rethink Community.? ?
