Last Friday, as part of monthly learning & development series, we heard from Andres Glusman, CEO of DoWhatWorks, on why only 11% of tests are actually right. Reality is, conventional wisdom is usually wrong. Too many make the assumption that just because their competitors are doing it, it must be right - this is a strong no! Reality is less is more on pages, recommends removing vs adding. Too often, there is testing too much or not enough. Test into a big idea, like your value proposition. You cannot discount the role of human bias. It was illuminating to say the least! We will be back in the new year with an exciting line-up of great speakers and content. See you then! ??
