RCS Employee Spotlight – Jeff Johnson! Jeff is celebrating 12 years with RCS this week! He has worked on many notable projects, including a multi-story flagship Nike store in San Francisco, multiple Cotton On, Madewell, and Buckle locations, and a recently completed Trader Joe's in South Carolina. As a Superintendent, Jeff loves bringing projects to life and working alongside our incredible Project Management teams and clients to make it happen. Over the past 2 ? years, she’s excelled as an Assistant Project Manager at RCS, and has already been leading several remodel projects. We can't wait to see her continue to thrive in her new role. Nathan Monroe has been promoted from Controller to Vice President of Finance. Since joining RCS over a year ago, Nathan has brought over 15 years of industry expertise to our team, recently expanding his role to include IT management alongside leading our finance team.
