I am happy to share this news as I return full time to lead Results Thru Strategy.
Exciting news to share! I have passed the leadership of Engleman’s bakery to our new CEO, Rob Hathy. His extensive background in CPG, manufacturing, and DSD will be essential as we focus on fulfilling our acquisition strategy initially stymied by the pandemic. Rob brings exceptional leadership skills and a successful track record of growing brands, having worked for companies such as Pepsi and Kings Hawaiian. I am thrilled to work with him as I continue to serve on the board. Shoreline Equity Partners purchased the bakery 2 weeks before Covid began. I was enlisted to lead the brand with a focus on culture, safety, and revenue growth. During my time as CEO, I learned a lot about food manufacturing and was able to apply the various principles of stakeholder mentality to guide the company. I promoted Paul Bell from CFO to the additional title of President to provide him an opportunity for professional and personal growth, and Rob will mentor him. I believe that when passing on the mantle of leadership, the company should perform better with new strategies as the changed environment provides different opportunities. I am confident that Rob will lead Engleman’s with his customer-focused skills and fresh ideas, and the company's future results will accelerate.
