Another great event with the myriad partners that make up the Restore Hope ecosystem. This event, our discussion was around ALICE (Asset Limited, Income Constrained, Employed). This topic is one that all staffing industry professionals should be privy to and engaged in; ALICE impacts a huge proportion of the job seekers we help every single day. Understanding the challenges our job seekers face, at a deep level, helps us to make much more informed decisions in our role as labor market intermediaries.
