??Another exciting announcement ?? I am beyond ecstatic to welcome Kimberly Fritz to ResProp Management as our newest Senior Regional Manager. Kimberly will utilize her expertise in new development lease ups/value-add within the Orlando, Tampa and Jacksonville markets. With her knowledge of the RE industry, she brings an incredible bench strength to our already stacked team in multiple markets. Kimberly brings with her 27 years of experience in the multifamily industry, with most of that time spent in the Florida market. Her background includes value-add, conventional, renovations, luxury, and lease up communities. Previously, Kimberly was a Regional Manager in the Gainesville, Ocala, Orlando and Tampa territories.
