    Was speaking with our VP of Ops earlier about a ProServe disconnect project we did for a client. A straightforward, high-value project, beyond just the impressive ROI. Here’s what the project looked like: The Challenge: A mental health organization knew they had more than 40 locations that had services like faxes, alarm lines, phone lines, and internet that needed to be turned down but couldn't be disconnected preemptively without serious risks. What we did: ?? Mapped out a process to confirm which services could be safely turned down ?? Managed the entire project, ensuring no essential services were interrupted ?? Submitted and tracked all disconnects over several months, dedicating 75–80 hours to the effort ?? The ROI: For less than $100K in professional services, the client saved over $100K in recurring costs: equivalent to just one month of billing.
