We are creating pathways for future bilingual educators so they can impact the next generation. Did you know that there are more than 200 languages spoken by students in the Charlotte area? Our mission is to promote and increase classroom teacher representation of diverse languages and cultures. We aim to provide future teachers with the best support, coaching, and networking so that they can get a debt-free college experience and become top talent in their schools.

Editing to add: We're now at 53 applications! We may hit 4x our goal ?? Our high school internship applications don't close until tomorrow, but I had to share this good news! With the 45 applications we've received so far, we have surpassed our goal - and we're at TRIPLE the number we were planning to hire for in the fall! We are strategizing now about how we can grow our capacity and serve all of these talented, bilingual high school students who are interested in a teaching internship. Thank you so much to everyone who has shared this opportunity and helped us grow this year. We can't wait to bring you our community classes with these interns in the fall (and spring)!
