?? Earlier this month we hosted two dozen founders at our annual ski retreat, Winterfest, at the mountains of Alta.?We got pounded with fresh powder during the day, while evenings were filled with shared meals and intimate fireside conversations. ?? At Resolute, we firmly believe in the unparalleled value of authentic human connections. We understand the immense benefit founders can derive from each other as they navigate similar challenges, which is why we create opportunities like Winterfest to foster these relationships. ?? It was truly inspiring to witness our seasoned entrepreneurs and returning founders carving up the slopes alongside newcomers who've recently joined our portfolio. After all, some of the most meaningful connections are forged during a chairlift ride or a shared run down the mountain. ?? We're deeply grateful to every founder who participated, especially those who made the journey from Tel Aviv offices, Dubai customer meetings, and those who skillfully balanced product launches from the lodge with quality time together. Your commitment to building relationships within our community is what makes Winterfest so special. ? Mark your calendars for Camp Resolute this fall – we can't wait to reunite and continue strengthening these valuable connections!

We continue to be deeply impressed by Maayan Cohen's unwavering commitment, relentless drive, and genuine passion for the impactful work at Hello Heart. It's wonderful to see her dedication recognized on this year's Inc. 500 Female Founders list. Congratulations, Maayan! ??
Congratulations to our co-founder and CEO, Maayan Cohen, for making this year's Inc. Magazine Female Founders 500 list. The list celebrates founders from across the U.S. who grew their businesses over the past year and made a lasting impact on their industries. Celebrating these leaders is especially important. According to Pitchbook, only 2% of VC funding goes to female founders. Increasing that percentage will be better for women and better for business. LiquidTrust is just getting started, and we (also) couldn’t be more excited for what’s ahead! Congratulations Saujin Yi and team (?? Tamra Johnson) on the next chapter of building something big. ??
?? Today, we announced our $4M seed round and the launch of LiquidTrust and Micro Escrow Pay—a secure, instant, escrow-powered payment solution designed to protect SMBs in global transactions. I’m not usually one for funding announcements, but this milestone matters to me—because the journey here has been anything but linear. And announcing it at Fintech Meetup is especially meaningful. Two years ago at this very event, a chance conversation with Andrew Harrison at BMO set us on the path to this pivot—giving us the push we needed to go all in on something much bigger. Beyond the press release, I wrote this post below to share the full story of how we got here. It felt like writing both an obituary and a birth announcement at once. ?? Hope you enjoy. Huge thank you to our incredible team, investors, advisors, and supporters for making this happen. We’re just getting started, and I couldn’t be more excited for what’s ahead! Follow LiquidTrust for more updates—big things coming soon! Resolute Ventures, Anthemis Group, Motivate Venture Capital, Mucker Capital, 1871, BMO, J.P. Proud to finally share what my co-founder Asaf Fadida, and our stellar team, have been building at Darwin AI! AI is transforming every industry, but government adoption has been slow, complex, and risky. At the same time, it’s rapidly entering public agencies—not through structured initiatives, but through employees using AI tools on their own, often through personal accounts and unapproved platforms. Our data shows over 40% of the public sector workforce is already using AI this way, creating both opportunity and risk. Meanwhile, states are banning models like DeepSeek, underscoring the urgent need for a structured, scalable approach to AI governance and security—not just one-off restrictions. That’s why we built Darwin—to help governments securely adopt, control, and scale AI. Not with static policy documents, but with software-based, enforceable guardrails that ensure compliance, oversight, and security from day one. The response has been overwhelming! Agencies see the potential of AI but need the right infrastructure to manage it—without introducing new cybersecurity risks. We’re already working with cities like Corona, CA, and Aurora, IL to help them move fast—without losing control. If your public agency is thinking about AI, let’s talk! Happy to have on this journey our incredible investors, UpWest and Resolute Ventures Shoutout to our core team: Anastasia Semenov, Ido Zeif, Shanie Roth, Tal Adari, ofir shefer, and Shaked Dror!

Huge congratulations to Scott Kriz, Erik Gustavson and the team at SGNL on raising a $30M Series A to combat malicious actors in today's increasingly vulnerable landscape. ??
Legacy access management is broken. Enterprises are spending millions on IAM and PAM solutions that create complexity without improving security. SGNL is changing that. Today, we’re announcing a $30M Series A funding round, led by Brightmind Partners with participation from Costanoa Ventures, M12, Microsoft's Venture Fund, and Cisco Investments. This brings our total funding to $42M as we continue to: - Scale our go-to-market strategy - Accelerate product innovation - Strengthen open security standards Legacy solutions rely on static roles and standing access, which increase risk and drive up operational costs. SGNL takes a different approach. We provide enterprises with real-time, contextual access control, eliminating standing access and reducing the attack surface. The response from Fortune 500 enterprises has been clear: The market is ready for a new model of access management—one that actually works. #IdentitySecurity #Cybersecurity #ZeroStandingPrivilege #SeriesA

Congrats on the big Scopes release, Josh Whisenant and Roger team!
??Introducing Scopes by Roger?? After months of working with a small set of design partners, I’m excited to announce Roger’s latest initiative. GCs, send us your contract drawings. We’re going to come back a week later with the best scopes of work you’ve ever seen. It's that simple. Roger Scopes eliminates your scope gaps, accelerates your buyout/schedule, and frees your PMs from one of their most mind-numbing tasks. 1?? Yes, of course we use A.I. But we spend dozens of human hours per project to deliver A+ results. None of this “70% accurate A.I. output” stuff. We get it done right. 2?? If your scopes are the main course, we give you 15 RFIs to send to your architect for dessert! 3?? We give you as LITTLE software as possible. We want to get jobs bought out with minimum day-to-day disruption. 4?? We’re building this thing with the construction industry, not for the construction industry. That means that, moving forward, I’ll openly post lessons learned, mistakes made, and questions we have. Says Hammad Chaudhry – "Roger Scopes simplifies one of the toughest parts of construction…creating detailed, accurate scopes of work. Josh and the team are focused on making an invaluable service for teams already under pressure, who don't have the bandwidth to think about A.I." Let's make construction a little easier?? P.S. I regret that we currently have a waitlist. Demand has been overwhelming and we are hiring slow to not compromise on quality. That said, IF you're under the gun with buyout, DM me and we will try and get you into our delivery schedule.

A major milestone for Passport & big day for the team at Brand Access. Really excited to see how this supercharges Passport's impact and delivers a great experience for customers around the world. ?? Congratulations!
On today’s episode of the Operators Podcast, I was thrilled to announce Passport’s most significant milestone yet: our acquisition of Brand Access! By bringing Brand Access onboard, we’re supercharging our internationalization solution with in-country fulfillment enablement and local-marketplace management capabilities - a game-changer for large DTC brands. Why did we make this move? Because we heard what our customers need: ?? Huge Cost Savings for Brands: Local fulfillment cuts shipping costs, returns costs, and duties are assessed on the cost of goods imported, not on the retail value ? Faster Shipping: Customers want to get their stuff faster! In-country fulfillment enables this ?? Flexibility: With in-country logistics and marketplace management, we can now offer brands multiple ways to grow—whether that’s cross-border shipping, setting up a local presence in key regions like Canada, UK and EU, or expanding on local marketplaces like Amazon.ca ?? New Verticals: For brands in categories where cross-border shipping isn’t ideal (think large/ fragile items or ‘dangerous goods’), these local solutions provide a clear path to international growth This solution is ready today, thanks to our 3PL launch partners who are already enabled with a global network of warehouses: Bergen, Capacity, DCL, Outerspace, ShipBob, Shipfusion, and ShipMonk. Thank you to Craig Walsey, CEO of Brand Access, and the rest of the wonderful Brand Access team for building such an amazing company and for your trust in forging this partnership. And a big thank you to Sean Frank, Jason Panzer, Matthew Bertulli, and Mike Beckham for having me and Craig on the Operators podcast to share the big news! Let’s build a future where international growth is easy. ?? ??
