We have had the good fortune to work with Jim 'N Nick's Community Bar-B-Q for the past few years and are now working on the 4th version of the family of prototypes. This one is version 3 we just starting to build. We have a great team working on these projects. On the design side, cynthia o'connor always brings a lot of great ideas and John Brown is the best kitchen designer you will ever meet. None of it would work if it wasn't also for The JNN CEO, Larry Ryback who allows a lot of creativity but makes the whole thing make sense both aesthetically as well as financially. There are a lot of folks that can design something that looks good but not so many that can also make it work. #creativityguidedbycommonsense.

This happened a year or so ago and I didn't post it because I didn't want to hear the ribbing I will now surely get from Larry Ryback. We did a design review board presentation for Jim 'N Nick's Community Bar-B-Q and felt we did the best we could to get the project approved as quickly as possible. Truth be told, all we did was follow the City of Milton's rules as best we could. Apparently, the Architectural firm, Cooper Carry also follows directions well when presenting design work which isn't the easiest thing to do.
