Resistance PAC

We are the first social welfare organization, grassroots organizer, and lobbying group dedicated to leveraging the transformative cultural power of hip-hop and protest art to dismantle the systems of oppression in the United States. Hip-hop is inherently politically-conscious, birthed in the turbulent 1970's as an expression of identity for New York City's black youth, but quickly repurposed as a tool for social activism. Hip-hop has since spread to diverse communities around the world, providing a platform for marginalized or disenfranchised groups to speak truth to power. We understand that the most effective way to bring about change is to encourage the public to educate themselves and engage with each other so their voices and ideas can be heard. Our art brings social justice to the forefront of public discourse, thereby empowering our strategic lobbying efforts to then affect longstanding systemic change. This is the soundtrack to the political revolution. The movement has begun, where do you stand?
